It was quiet well

There was no Ac working , no wifi was availble

Spacious, gives the impression that it is newly renovated, connectivity, pleasant views.

Renovations not complete as yet, junior staff is standoffish, non-communicative, did not entertain basic requests.

firstly the amount which was shown there and bookedafter reaching to hotel, they told that in this price point you will be provided by non AC rooms,If this is the only conditions of your, then recheck all the priceing and then list your hotel

The only think I liked was that the location was close to the railway station.

Bathroom was broken. Room was dirty. Lift was not working. Staff demanded extra money to confirm the booking though the payment was already made online.

Hotel refused our online booking. We have book online rs 3186 for 3 room. But hotel charge Rs 5100 they refuse online booking. We have to. Book offline.

nothing, it was the worst experience of my life, I would never recommend this hotel to anyone, the staff were awful and it was a very bitter experience for us. we booked with breakfast and the hotel didn’t even have a breakfast menu or anything at all for us to be eaten, when told the manager he was rude and said there’s no such thing as breakfast in our hotel.

it was an absolute nightmare, the hotel sucks and we couldn’t do our work which caused us heavy monetary damage, the staff were awful to start with, will never ever go back to this place, the room stinked and the walls were full of mold, it was unhygienic and a disaster.

Staff was very rude. Have no etiquette on how to talk and treat guests. Wonteven provide cutlery if we don't order from their hotel. Destroyed our mood.

Nothing bookings got cancelled last minute after reaching hotel and was told to stay at alternate location,also manager went away and staff was not answering about last minute booking cancellation.Disappointed with services.

Hotel was denied to provide the room at the paid amount. The hotel manager asked that the price is so cheap which I had paid so he told that he can't provide room. After being various discussion with the manager he agreed to provide a non AC room which was very bad.

Excellent facilities with cleanliness and comfort rooms. Food also very delicious. Owner is well behaved and helpful.

Service was good. Location is nearby railway station. Neat and clean room.

After booking online when we reached at hotel the hotel manager charged extra money for the room.

Hotel Person Charged an extra amount of Rs.500/- from me at the time of Check-In as they have denied for Check_in with the amount I have paid in advance to booking.com. It's totally cheating to the customer by the Hotel person & this web site portal.

No internet, kitchen staff was rude, they could not provide a parking as promised, overall not very happy
